Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely wrapped; our team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a professional removal.

  Inspection and Transit

  Our logistics partners will perform a quick on-site inspection before transporting the items back to our central quality control warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the items are inspected and processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
